An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and highly motivated candidate to undertake the PhD project: “What happens to teachers who are burned out and worn out during their early career?”
This will be related to the work of the FIT-Choice project (www.fitchoice.org) through our Australian Research Council funded Discovery Project: ‘Pathways to Work Engagement, Wellbeing and Positive Teaching among Mid-Career Teachers’ DP…140100402. The successful candidate will be enrolled full-time and work under the joint supervision of Associate Professors Paul Richardson and Helen Watt at Monash University, Clayton campus in Melbourne Australia.
