LIWP 2021 will be presented in an entirely virtual format that will incorporate both synchronous (live group activities) and asynchronous (on your own, in your own time) methods. This format worked well this year The program is divided into a Virtual Spring Workshop and a Virtual Fall Workshop. All content will be presented in a series of three-hour, highly interactive sessions. The schedule for 2021 is as follows:

Participants will be expected to attend all above sessions and to complete homework assignments in the weeks between each session. Homework assignments are given at the end of each live session.
Additionally, optional Conversation Hours will be held after each session. These optional, less formal sessions are a chance for you to interact with your peers, the faculty, and APA staff.
Conversation Hours are a chance for Participant Leaders to ask questions about homework, take a deeper dive into topics and themes from the session, or to workshop ongoing leadership development problems with each other and with our talented faculty. The hours for each conversation hour will be posted at the end of every live session.
