Division 15 (Educational Psychology) of the American Psychological Association invites doctoral students who are Division 15 members to apply to the Claire Ellen Weinstein Annual Graduate Student Seminar, held in-person during the 2022 APA Annual Convention in Minneapolis, MN.

What do seminar attendees do? How long is the seminar?

Students will hear from experts in educational psychology about developing a program of research, fostering productive working relationships, conducting translational research, and pursuing job opportunities in and beyond academia.  Students will attend mentoring sessions with leading faculty to receive feedback on their dissertation proposals and research programs as well as on their professional identity. Finally, students will have opportunities to network with senior scholars and future colleagues.

Accepted students will receive a small stipend intended to offset the costs of attending seminar events (e.g., childcare) and conference registration. Participants are expected to attend all seminar and related Division 15 events from August 2nd, 2022 to the morning of August 6th. Convention dates are August 4th-6th, 2022.
