This past year, the Policy Committee hosted a series of workshops that began with a panel discussion during which we learned from educational policy scholars about how they engage with and incorporate policy in their work. Workshop attendees then had the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues who share similar research interests and who wanted to get involved with research associated with educational policy. The second session built from the first, providing the space and opportunity for participants to continue to learn how best to engage with educational policy and policymakers themselves.
For our final session in the series and given the evolving nature and scope of discussion across the two previous workshops, we wanted to share some final thoughts about educational policy for you to view at your convenience.
