This work aims to uplift the many ways Latinos are shaping quantitative fields through scale and instrument development, psychometrics, methodological research, leadership in academia, government, and research organizations, and mentorship. The goal is to make visible a counter-narrative to the persistent myth that Latinos don’t do quantitative work. The goal is visibility, recognition, and documentation, not evaluation or ranking. All information should be publicly available.
